Shipping Policy Our primary method of shipping is UPS Ground. For some orders we will use USPS Priority Mail. We offer you the lowest shipping charges we can get. We believe that all transactions are joint transactions and therefore we shoulder some of the shipping costs ourselves and do not under any circumstances charge any handling fees. Payments received before noon (CST) will ship that very day. Otherwise, we ship the following business day. Our business week runs Monday - Thursday and our warehouse is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please make note of this as it may affect when we are able to ship your product out! Holidays do not qualify as business days and may add additional time onto the handling of your order, as you may expect. We ship to the United States (all 50), Puerto Rico, and Canada only at this point. Quotes to ship overseas have proven too costly and we apologize for those of you that this may affect. Other shipping options may be available. If you need something expedited, UPS offers 3 day, 2 day, and overnight services. Please do note, however, that these methods of shipping can be very costly and vary based on package weight. The added costs of faster shipping are to be paid in full by the buyer. Return PolicyWe enforce a 3 day return policy on all non-customized items. This time starts from and includes the day your package is delivered.
